The duplex is in two floors (stairs inside apartment) and ground floor, the regular apartment is on one same floor (no stairs)

The apartment has a washer-dryer machine and oven. High floor is subject to availability not guaranteed.
Hi I am a very light sleeper and the reviews on this apartment mentioned that it is very noisy. May I know if you have any apartment that is sound proof? Is there a lift to the apartment?
We have lift that goes to all floors. We cannot guarantee a specific floor or view, but we are a city hotel.
Do any of the pillows or duvets have feathers as 2 of us are allergic?

At the penthouse with 3 dormitories 2 bathrooms all of the dormitories are at the same floor (5th). There is only one floor for the whole apartament.

1. The fastest and most convenient way is the metro. You can take the Line 10 metro from Chamartín Station to Tribunal, and then walk about 9 minutes. 2. Yes, you can request a cot, 3. I'm afraid we don't schedule or manage any airport transfers.
Are the bedrooms on the same level as kitchen or are there stairs to go to the bedrooms?
Only in very few apartments there are stairs in the apartment and the kitchen and the bedrooms are not on the same floor.

Yes, I confirm you that we offer the option for late check in as there is a self check in machine in the lobby. We can offer you an apartment that have one double bed in each bedroom. Not all the bedrooms have two bathrooms.
